Some liked it, and some hated it, but no one could ignore Lungi Dance – which was from Chennai Express (2013), and was a ‘tribute’ to Rajinikanth (a.k.a. Thalaiva, which is Tamil for, “Leader”).
While the other
tracks in the film were Vishal-Shekhar compositions, it was composed and sung
by Yo Yo Honey Singh.
Four
minutes and 36 seconds long, it was penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

oversight, it was excluded from my blog dedicated to the music of Hindi films
that released between 2010 and 2019, but I added it to my playlist containing
fillers.
